Are you just looking for the degree symbol (°)? If so, you can insert it in Word by pressing Ctrl+Shift+@, Spacebar (or of course you can insert it from the Symbol dialog, where it is U00B0). You can insert it in any Windows application by pressing the Alt key and typing 0176 on the numeric keypad (with NumLock enabled).
If you are looking for a symbol that combines that symbol with the letter F (℉), then it is Unicode character 2109. You will not find this character in most fonts (though you can look in the Symbol dialog), but in Word if you type 2109 and then immediately press Alt+X, you will get the symbol in some font or other. Here it is Cambria Math in Word 2013.
