Outlook 2013 forgotten password

I am running Windows 10 and Outlook 2013.  I forgot my password.  How do I reset it?  I can change the password but need the old one - no good since I forgot the password.  Please help!  I cannot retrieve any mail until I can reset

    Hi Paul,

    If you are using Microsoft account, you can reset it by following the instructions under Online found in this article. If you cannot reset your password, kindly fill up the information needed to recover your account through this link.

    Once done resetting your password, kindly update your Outlook app password by following the steps under Change my password in Outlook provided in this article.
