Outlook calendar in a PowerPoint presentation

Is it possible to embed a daily Outlook calendar in a PowerPoint presentation.  I work at a church, and we have a PowerPoint presentation that runs continuously on the monitors located throughout the church.  It would be nice to have a slide that shows the daily calendar so visitors would know what is going on that day.  We have a user account that holds all of the meetings throughout the church, so we could use that account's calendar.  I have done some VBA programming in Access, so if it would require writing some code, I might be able to do that.

    Hi Jill,

As John mentioned, a simple method to add a calendar to PowerPoint slide is that capture a screenshot for the calendar, and insert the screenshot to PowerPoint. To learn more, see this article.

If it cannot fully meet your requirement, you could check some third part tools as mentioned in John's post. Meanwhile, if you want to look for some code solution, you may start a new thread in Office>PowerPoint>Microsoft Office Programming category. It's the specific channel which handles Office VBA code related questions. Thanks for your understanding.

@John, thanks for sharing with us the useful info. We appreciate your effort in our forum.

    Regards,

    Tim

The LiveSlides add-in promises to do this. I haven't tried it myself.

For a cheap and low-tech solution, make a screen shot of the calendar and place it in PowerPoint as a graphic.
