Why i cant use free trial in azure? Whenever I create resource group it shows azure subscription 1?

I am going to be charge for the subscription? I just like to make some trial on azure

    Hi Daniel,
    It sounds like you haven't yet created a subscription.
    You cannot create resources - even in a free trial - until you create a subscription and provide a method of payment.
    This is to ensure Microsoft has a way of billing you if you exceed your free credits.
