    Hi AmitKhare1,

Thanks for your update and detailed information.

I tested on my end. In the insider slow(16.8) and fast(16.9) version of PowerPoint for Mac, when typing in Hindi, the words come as expected.

This means the issue will be fixed in the next released version.

You may either wait for the next version to release or join the Office Insider program.

To join the Office Insider program, open any Office applications>click Help in the top menu>Check for Updates>check the box to Join the Office Insider program to get the early access to new release.

    Note for Office Insider Fast:

Best for Insiders who want to use the earliest preview builds, released more frequently, to identify issues, provide feedback to help make Office great, and don’t mind a bit of risk using unsupported builds. By choosing the Fast level, you agree to the program’s terms, which supersede your agreement with Microsoft to use Office.

    Regards,

    Tina

    Hi AmitKhare1,

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. To troubleshoot the issue, please help to confirm the following information:

1.If you type "Telemedicine" in Hindi in PowerPoint for Mac directly, is the Hindi text correct?

2.After you copy the Hindi text from Word, please check if the text shows correct in the clipboard.

You can open clipboard via clicking Finder in Dock>launch Finder application>enter Clipboard in Search filed.

Please let us know the result.

3.Does the issue happen when you type the specific word?

4.Please go to System Preference>Language & Region> then capture a screenshot of the window.

    Regards,

    Tina

    1. Yes, I can type hindi in Powerpoint
    2. Clipboard in Finder search space shows correct hindi text
    3. This happens with all the vowels of Hindi, It places vowels incorrectly, It applies vowels to the next character.
    4. There is nothing related to language & Region.

IF MS WORD and MS EXCEL can show the content correctly.

Why do I face problem with MS POWERPOINT.
