How can I create and print a greetings card as a booklet. In 2007 I can select print and then set  the printer settings to booklet and just print but I cannot find how to do this on 2016 as it does not show the printer settings

In Word 2016, click File | Print, select the printer you want and then click the Printer Properties link.

Stefan's reply assumes that your printer has an option to print a document as a booklet. If that is not the case, perhaps you are looking for the "Book fold" setting on the Margins tab of the Page Setup dialog. See http://wordfaqs.ssbarnhill.com/2PagesPerSheet.htm#CreatingBooklet
