Where can I download the MSI version of Visio 2016 Standard? I can't install the C2R version because all of the version's of Office are MSI. I've contacted 4 reps at Microsoft over the phone and no answer.
Office.com/myaccount does not offer a MSI version either (Both the run file and the image are C2R).
Please help. I have multiple brand new copies.

Come on Microsoft, installation technology should be tailored to the needs of the users and not the contrary, "that an installation technology is incompatible with another" is just ridiculous.
Solve the problem ASAP before users switch to another product.
Sure. All of our products that we own is MSI. Since no where in the retail box says it's a click to run or an MSI version. I'm returning all the Visio copies that i ordered for the company and moving forward we will not be using visio since how it's sold is a bait and switch.

Agreed, I will find an alternative to Microsoft also, as I have the same issue. I bought a copy of Visio Pro 2016, but cannot install it because the Office version I have already installed is C2R.
I have requested a link to a MSI but no response.
I am annoyed because I would not have purchased this in the first place, if I had known they were not compatible. HOW ABOUT STATING THIS BEFORE ACCEPTING PAYMENT?

No I don't have either. I have multiple box copies. All we have is Office 365 Enterprise. All I am looking for is the MSI download for Visio Standard 2016 since the office.com/myaccount doesn't have it. Can you point me toward this please. Thank you.
