Issue with typing Vietnamese language

I've been using Windows 7.  After downloading Microsoft Office 2016, I can't type Vietnamese language anymore, on IE, Firefox, nor Windows documents.  The incorrect accents go around like crazy, uncontrollable.  Both VPS Keys and Unikey don't work.  I didn't have this issue before, when I used Windows Office 2010. The link given in a previous thread about Vietnamese typing didn't work for me.  Is this a conflict between Microsoft Office 2016 and the Vietnamese language?

    Thank you, Jericho!

I haven't tried anything but typing Vietnamese in Microsoft Word, and Yahoo & Hotmail emails with IE and Fox.

I've the latest version VPS 4.3.

I used many different fonts, like Times, Courrier, Arial, Calibri, and even VPS fonts.

Thank you for your update, Julia.

This is caused by a compatibility issue. Have you tried using other Vietnamese software instead?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

    Hi,

It could actually be a conflict between office 2016 and VPS. In order for us to better assist, we would like to ask the following:

    • You mentioned troubleshooting the issue, what were the steps that you already tried?
    • Are you using the latest version of VPS?
    • Have you tried using other fonts and see if it works?

    Looking forward to your reply.
