Problem Printing to Epson WF-2630

I have an issue printing to my WF2630 Epson printer.  I have tried Epson and they have told me it is a 'Word' software issue.

WF-2630 Printer. Every time I try and print from word the print fails to print anything. It starts by taking the paper in but then nothing. Screen states printing but nothing happens. I have updated everything to bring it up to date including firmware on printer.

I have a similar issue with Excel but there it will print the first page but not subsequent pages.

    Hi Simon,

    According to your description, I suggest you try the following steps to check the outcome:

    1)Uninstall and reinstall the printer driver.

    2)Restart Windows with clean boot.

    3)Start Word with safe mode and try printing to check the outcome.

    4)Try fixing the problem refer to Fix printer problems.

    Meanwhile, please provide the following information to better assist you:

    1)The Office version number and subscription product name refer to What version of Office am I using?

    2)Please check  if the issue occurs when you print other files(not only Office file, such as PDF) with the printer.
