Microsoft Account and Comcast e-mail

Yesterday I tried to create a Microsoft Account in order to purchase Office 365.  Multiple tries using my Comcast.net e-mail address resulted to no e-mails received with an access code and, finally, a message that I'd asked for too many codes and to try again tomorrow.  I switched to my Frontier.com address and it all worked as designed on the first try.  Now I'm trying to get my Comcast.net address verified within the newly created account and I have the same issue - no responding e-mails so no code with which to verify that it's me.  The Frontier address will be going away and I have to make this change.  Suggestions?

    Hi Kent,

There is a possibility that certain domains block or hinder emails that they consider junk or spam. This is to ensure that their customers have limited or close to no spam emails received. Since this is a new account and we want you to have your Office 365 subscription, we suggest that you get in touch with our Answer Desk team. They are our experts for accounts and billing queries like yours. Please access this link to talk to them.
