I have text in Apple Chancery font in my .docx file header. When I save as a PDF (electronic distribution option), the text's font is changed to something like Helvetica.

I'm on OSX 10.13.4, MBP 2015, Word 16.12.

Thanks!

It isn't just Headers... The Apple Chancery font is converted to Calibri anywhere it is used in the document when using the electronic Distribution option. I haven't tested to determine whether other fonts are affected.

Please use the ☺︎ at the right end of the Word Ribbon to report this to the development team. Include a reference to this thread.

Did you bother to test whether you can reproduce the issue before spitting out this wrote reply? There's no problem with the font in any other respect, even when using the Best for Printing option.
