Inserting Picture in Word Mobile

I have a problem in inserting picture with Word on Android. When I press the insert picture button, the program switch to gallery, then after I press the picture, it switch to Word again, but it switches to its home page and my picture hasn't loaded in the Document. I'm using Android with Kitkat version.

    Hi Jay,

    We have had a look at the Word Application for Android and our test image is able to attach itself to the edited document in the app- without any issue. The issue you experiencing seems to be isolated. Please provide us with the details  (Phone make and model and Android OS version).

    In the meantime, we recommend that you manually check updates for the applications by going in to the Google Play Store to ensure that your device is running an updated copy of the app. Another thing you can try is uninstalling and reinstalling the application. This will help overwrite any current conflict your app may be encountering with it's current installation.
