DMARC Aggregate reports

Hi Johnny,

I fully recognize myself in Danny Hoogeveen's problem. We switched completely to Office365 with Exchange online a few weeks ago and we also do not receive dmarc reports from Microsoft. This is indeed a generic problem, and I do not think that I have anything to do with with specific tenants.

See also: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt734386(v=exchg.150).aspx

I quote the text: What is a DMARC TXT record? "Microsoft sends its DMARC reports to Agari, a 3rd party. Agari collects and analyzes DMARC reports." Microsoft uses Agari itself. As Microsoft generates reports itself, we, end users and administrators want also receive the reports for our domains!

Please solve this problem asap.

With kind regards,

Ben

This is almost unbelievable! Microsoft preaches itself that DKIM, SPF and DMARC are standard nowadays. In fact, you make extensive use of it yourself.

    https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/tzink/2017/10/21/how-we-got-to-enforce-dmarc-for-sub-domains-of-microsofts-largest-consumer-email-brands/

I do not understand that Microsoft does not support this as standard.

In addition, according to me, your reaction is not quite right. I have heard from DMARC Analyzer (https://www.dmarcanalyzer.com/) that they receive reports from Microsoft from some customers! How can that be explained. In addition, I understand that many other customers received reports until Oct-Nov last year. At the time, there have been quite a few changes at Microsoft regarding your mail infrastructure.

    Hi Ben,

First of all, please make sure you have configured the DNS records correctly. Your domain must publish a SPF record and a DMARC record. Besides, may I know if you can receive failure report?

    Regards,

    Carlos
