    Hi Pawan,

Can you upload your files normally now? Have you tried my suggestion to troubleshoot? Do you still need my support? Please share with me your recent progress.

    Thanks,

    Hi Pawan,

I'd like to confirm that if you can upload the document into other sites normally except one site? If so, please let me know where do you create this site. Besides, please also share with me the details about how do you create this Infowise extension file.

    Thanks,

    Neo

    Hi Neo,

No this is not a browser issue. I test on different browser and computer. Issues is the same.

I am trying to upload the document on SharePoint using Infowise extension for read and sign. This issues is only with this site.

    Hi Pawan,

To check if this issue is caused by browser, I'd like to suggest you reset your browser then upload this file again to see the outcome.

If this issue exists, please change another browser to see if you can upload that file normally.

Please create a simple Word document and upload it into OneDrive if you still can't load the file after you try other browser.

Besides, please also share with me more info as below :

    1. How do you create the issue related file?
    2. Does this issue happen to all sites?
    3. Where do you create this SharePoint site (Office 365 portal or SharePoint admin center)?

    Thanks,

    Neo
