Keyboard is functional on other computers

Mouse works

Keyboard works on the boot up screen and I can navigate the bios menus using the keyboard.

Once Window 10 starts then the keyboard no longer functions.

Please help.

May need to try some other method of connectivity for a keyboard (assuming there is one) also try a Safe Mode boot.

Check for related devices in Device Management and either remove, reinstall or update them.

Might check for non-functioning devices in Device Management.

Cannot access Device Management because I cannot get past the Alt Ctr Del screen.

The link you provided allowed me to get past the login screen and enter into safe mode. 5 stars for you.

While my keyboard does work in safe mode it still does not work in regular mode when I reboot my machine. Any ideas?
