Hi,

I recently installed office 365 from my university, and everything appears to be the same as my previous office; except on onenote I cannot customize outlook toolbar, quick access toolbar, ribbon or styles etc. When I go up to the top left hand corner, and lick the link to customise the toolbar, it wont highlight: image below to further explain. Would love some help! Cheers, Sally

That's because the is no customization of Ribbon or Toolbar Preference in OneNote.

OneNote Mac was quickly cobbled together in order calm Mac users because OneNote was unavailable for Mac Users. It's a very cut down version of the PC version.

    1. For one thing, Notebooks created, are in PDF Format.
    2. Second, they are only saved on OneDrive and not on the computer's Hard Drive.
    3. Third, although the Background can be customized and color of Font scan is changable, table headers or row headers cannot be colored.

Supposedly, Microsoft says they are going make Mac office and PC Office as much alike as possible.  So Maybe in the future, they will have the notebook in the same format as the PC version where everything will be customizable.
