Pinning Office 365 apps to the start menu

We use office 365 applications in the aps folder.

how do I pin these applications to the start menu to have direct access?

Microsoft 365 and Office | Subscription, account, billing | For home | Windows

    Hi Guido,

    If what you mean is to pin the Office desktop client apps to Windows start app list, please follow the steps below:

    1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16 folder, this is the default installation location for your Office 365 desktop client.
    2. Right click any .exe application file, For example, Excel.exe, OneNote.exe, PowerPnt.exe, Outlook.exe,winword.exe, Pin to start 

    You also can use “pin to taskbar” to pin it on your Windows taskbar.
