Hi,

I recently factory reset my pc and now when I try to open Microsoft Office I am getting  the following errors:

For word: VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found

For Excel and Powerpoint: VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found andMSVC.dll was not found

I am able to open one note.

I tried reinstalling the C++ 2015 redistrubutable but it did not help.

I am using office 2016

What can I do for this?

Regards

Zorin

Hi Zorin, VCRUNTIME140.dll is part of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable, you need to reinstall that to fix this error:
