    .NET updates are not published as soon as they built/signed, a one month delay (more or less) is expected and normal

    October 11, 2022-KB5018545 was previously released in September 20, 2022 as Preview CU
    it's revised in October and released as normal CU, because no new security or quality fixes are added since then

    they been happening since 2018
