Change date format in OneDrive Office 365 Business (not Premium) from US to UK

I have an Office 365 Business account (not Office 365 Business Premium, so therefore no email provision).

Everywhere that I can find in the many and varied admin/settings screens it says "Location: UK" and "Language: English (UK)". In OneDrive, however, all the dates are in US format and therefore confusing and distracting for me to use as I am not used to using his format.

I suspect this may be somehow something to do with not having email provision, but it's really frustrating having the dates in this format.

Please let me know how to change this.

Many thanks in advance.

    Hi GJD224466,

The date format can be set according to the region language of the site. You can follow the steps below to change the OneDrive site region to see the result:

Click the settings button on the top right corner of your OneDrive page > site settings > Regional settings > Region > Locale > ensure the region is UK.

    Thanks,

    Rena

Clicking on the settings cog at the top right, and then clicking on "Site Settings" simply refreshes the screen without any option to change the locale (or see what locale is currently selected ...  :/

    Hi GJD224466,

Try to access it via URL directly: https://<companyname>-my.sharepoint.com/personal/<username>/_layouts/15/regionalsetng.aspx to see if you can access the site settings.

    For example: https://contoso-my.sharepoint.com/personal/user1_contoso_onmicrosoft_com/_layouts/15/regionalsetng.aspx

In the meantime, have you tried all the browsers?

    Thanks,

    Rena

    Hi GJD224466,

This should be another issue. To check if this is caused by the Internet browser, please change other browsers with incognito window to see if you can access the site settings page.

    Thanks,

    Rena
