Animated GIF not playing

Hi,

When I add a GIF file to an image card it does not play the animation. The thumbnail is animated in the insert dialog box (right of the screen where one drags the image to the cards).

    Hi Jason,

    Thanks for replying. It does not play in the Play mode or when I send it to someone.

    Hi Tulio,

    Animated gifs will not play in the Storyline, but they should play when you view your Sway with the Play or when you send your Sway to someone else to view.  If they are not playing in those cases, please let me know so that I can investigate.
