The selection text is black

Hi!

I recently installed a program on my computer. When I open Microsoft Word 2013 in Windows 10 and I highlight a text is black, as seen in the image:

I have read these posts:

but none of them has served me (there is no for Windows 10).

I clarify that I tried with PowerPoint, Excel, etc. and they all stand out well.

In a simple way, can this visual problem be solved?

I can think of 3 possibilities, that focus on the new application you installed.

It has an addin attached to the Office applications that changed the Office theme being used.
The new application changed your Windows theme.

So there are 2 possible work a-rounds, based on Safe mode. Start Word in Safe mode to see if that fixes the problem. If that doesn't help, Start Windows in Safe mode.

Don’t assume some part of the trouble shooting processes listed below doesn’t apply to you. Often there are things going on in the background that you just aren’t aware of. For example, when installing software it is all too easy to have an unwanted app installed if you don’t carefully read every screen.
