Hi, i hope you're doing good today.

One of these could be the cause.

Antivirus software or firewall might be blocking the Office installation.

Internet connection or proxy settings are preventing from installing Office.

Pre-existing version of an Office suite is blocking the installation.

If that's not the case, run the easy fix tool and try again.

I have tried these steps and several others that were given to me by tech support.  Nothing is working.  I've tried to uninstall and I get error codes.  I saved my download version to a disk and tried to install... get another error.

Is there a way I can go to the dos prompt and delete the program and then try and reinstall?  This is crazy.  The program was working great until the other day...  It's driving me nuts and wasting too much time.
