The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable. - Some parts of the Admin Portal

Split from this thread.

Session times out on Firefox, and I get the Error 503 as described in the OP using Chrome.

I can actually generate a message trace in Microsoft Edge, but I still get a Session Timeout warning.

The error occurs when I try to access various pages of the Office365 admin console, specifically the Security and Compliance center.

This does indeed happen to all admins and in all browsers.

The steps are simple, when you open the Security and Compliance Centre and select any of the options under Service Assurance or Reports then the error appears.

    Hello James,

Thanks for the post. Based on the error message you provided, the issue seems to be caused by the server side. First please check if all the admin accounts have the same error message.

If yes, in order to check the issue more clearly and help you better, would you mind please list the steps to reproduce the error message so that I can test it on my side? This can help us confirm if the issue caused by the server side.

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

    Regards,

    Rick
