How can I print a 5x7 size picture on Microsoft word on regular 8.5x11 paper?

    How are you trying to do it and what is the result that you are getting.

    Have you tried selecting the picture and then on the Picture Tools>Format tab of the ribbon, set the height and width

    You might try inserting a one cell table where you want the picture to be located and set the dimensions of the cell to that size and then insert the picture into the cell.
