Whats the best way to redact or permanently mark out text (say a whole page or several paragraphs) before sending so the receipient would be unable to see the text that has been redacted....i hear there was a tool from codeplex.com/redaction for earlier versions but perhaps there is a better tool or method for Word 2016

thanks

The safest way would be to make a copy of the document from which the redacted text had been removed or replaced with x characters.

Hello I am a fellow community member here to help. I know his can be a difficult task to accomplish. I personally use the Redact Assistant found here
