Power view add in is not available in Excel 2016.

Hello,

I have manually added Power View in insert ribbon tab. But when I am clicking on the power view button, it's not doing anything for me.

I have checked COM Add-ins. Only Power Map and Power Pivot add-ins are available and checked.

I am using Office 365 Personal annual subscription.

Can someone please help?

Regards,

Rajesh Pathak

I have uninstalled Office 365 personal and then reinstalled the same.

Sorry, but the issue continues. Only Power Map and Power Pivot add-ins are available in COM Add-in. Power View add -in is still missing. Also, Power View button in insert tab is not responding.

I read the instructions carefully. I opened the registry, located the Power View key, took the backup and then deleted it. I then exited from registry window.

I restarted Excel but Power View add-in was still missing. I restarted my computer and opened Excel again. But again the add-in was missing. I restored the add-in backup. But that too didn't bring the add-in for me.

    Please help!

To set it right, check the following troubleshooting article for this issue

COM add-ins are not displayed in the COM Add-Ins dialog box in Excel 2013 and Excel 2016 - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/280599...
