Hi

I have a question about paper size. When I choose A4 paper size (Normal Margin) the first line is 2.5 cm from top. The last line of page is at 26 cm. If you plus 26 with 2.5 (the height of bottom margin) the result is 28.5 which is the width of page. But the width of an A4 paper with narrow margin in 29.7cm. Where is 1.2cm?

luck

That's not the way that I see it.

On the vertical ruler in Word, the zero point is at the top margin, (not the edge of the sheet)

And, the dimension to the bottom margin is 24.7

Now Top Margin + Text Space + Bottom Margin = Page Size

    that is

    2.5 + 24.7+ 2.5 = 29.7

If you are measuring from the top of the page the bottom of the footer, the difference is the distance of the footer from the edge of the paper
