Please provide information on what issues you're talking about. There are always risks with upgrading an OS and not all issues are known or fixable. In general the OS upgrade assistant detects the known issues and either resolves them (by uninstalling software, disabling settings, etc) or it flat out fails to allow the upgrade. Outside of that tool there is no way to know what problems you may run into without actually trying.
upgrading from Windows 10 Pro 22H2 to Windows 11 Pro
I previously read that there are issues when you upgrade from Windows 10 22H2 to Windows 11. The Windows 10 system was upgraded from Windows 7. Are there any known issues from further upgrading the Windows 10 22H2 system to Windows 11?

2022-10-21T04:18:48.443+00:00 Almost all computers that are running a factory installed Windows 7 that had been upgraded to Windows 10 cannot upgrade to Windows 11 in a supported fashion.
The older computers do not have the hardware (unless modified) to meet the Windows 11 supported requirements.
In order to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 on a computer that had had a preinstalled Windows 7 the following options are available:
a) Upgrade by bypassing the Windows 11 requirements (unsupported upgrade)
b) Clean install Windows 11 (unsupported installation)
c) Upgrade the hardware that do not yet meet the Windows 11 supported specificationsThere are always issues with updating / upgrading as they are the newest modifications to the operating system.
Over time the installed updates/upgrades are tested by computer users.
The Microsoft forums sometimes have threads with reported problems.
