MS Office Word Mobile can't open hyperlink

Good day. Is there any way for me to open a hyperlink in an android device using word app. In my pc I added a pdf file in a word using hyperlink and it works whenever I click the hyperlink. But when I transfer the docx in my phone the error occurred. The attach photo is the error. Hope for response.

    Sorry but how would I know If my device has default set for hyperlinks?

    1. The pdf file is located the same folder of the word document.
    2. Yes
    3. The error message is "There's no web browser installed for this user profile, so the page couldn't be opened"

    Ps. Im using MS Word app on my android mobile device

    Hi Eduardo,

    This may be related to the file location where the PDF is originally saved. To learn more about this concern, I’d like to ask these questions:

    • Can you confirm where does the PDF file you’ve inserted as a hyperlink is saved (file location of the PDF file?
    • Does the issue only occur in inserting a PDF file through a hyperlink?
    • What’s the complete error message that you’re getting when viewing it on your phone?

    This means that as far as Word is concerned, there is no way to open an exterior link while on your mobile device. Do you have a default set on your device for hyperlinks?
