Remote monitoring application is getting uninstalled on an asset upon upgrading to Windows 11 22H2

The application is SuperOps.ai, a Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tool that helps IT admins and Managed Service Providers monitor and manage the assets in their organisation/client's.

While the OS is getting upgraded from either Windows 10 or any Windows 11 version to Windows 11 22H2, we are observing that our application is either crashing or getting uninstalled from the asset totally.

How are we to resolve this issue?

Please note that It can be happened due to some compatibility issue Monitoring application to New version of Windows.
