PHStat for Mac - EM: The PHStat add-in is unable to initialize itself. this problem may be caused by other connflicting add-ins.

Hello,

I am using Mac High Sierra 10.13.6 Excel 16.18 and trying to use the PHStat add-in but end up getting the following error message:

    Hi Melody1304,

    PHStat add-in is a third-party add-in. You must contact PHStat support to confirm if you are eligible for support or not. You may check the link provided by Jim.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I tried following the instruction to remove the add-in but as you can see in the attached screen capture it doesn't appear in the 'My add-ins' tab (PHStat was installed from a link, it is not available in the store)

    Can you please tell me how can I contact PHStat? I didn't even know you can reach them since it is an add-in within Excel.

    Hi Melody1304,

    Please try removing and re-adding the add-in, check if this resolves the issue. Also, check if there are any update available for the add-in.

    If the issue persists and since it’s a third-party add-in, I’ll suggest you contact the PHStat add-in for further troubleshooting.
