After created a SharePoint List Form with PowerApps, two errors show when filled and saved New form. " Title: Field required" , " Date source may be invalid". I tried to Setting->Listing setting-> Title field: required that this column info = NO; and checked red start* " Last name", seems nothing wrong.

Still not working, no form saved. Anyone know why? Below are screenshots.

Hi Jake,

First, we would suggest you use the default form in SharePoint or use Quick edit to determine whether this is related to the list column or the Power App itself.

To use the default form: Click the gear button on the top right > List settings > Form settings > choose Use the default SharePoint form > OK.

To use Quick edit:

If the error message happens in the default form too, we will know it related to the column. In that case, you could remove the column and create a new one with the same content.

If the issue persists, welcome to come back to us.

If default form works as expected, this should relate to the PowerApp. Since we only have limited resources to provide further assistance about power app, so we suggest you post in PowerApps community and get dedicated support: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Forums/ct-p/PA_Comm_Forums

Regards,

Alex
