First, we would suggest you use the default form in SharePoint or use Quick edit to determine whether this is related to the list column or the Power App itself.
To use the default form: Click the gear button on the top right > List settings > Form settings > choose Use the default SharePoint form > OK.
To use Quick edit:
If the error message happens in the default form too, we will know it related to the column. In that case, you could remove the column and create a new one with the same content.
