Sharing .ZIP with client via OneDrive "File too big"

I need to send my client completed audio/video work.  I've placed it in a compressed folder for convenience, and uploaded it to OneDrive for Business.  The file uploads just fine, and I can download it while logged in successfully.  When not logged in (such as in the case of the client), the ZIP downloads but replaces any individual file over 25MB within the ZIP with a text file saying:

File is too big to download. Requested File Size:  XYZ MB, Max File Size Limit: 25 MB

XYZ is, of course, whatever the file size actually happens to be.

This is unacceptable in my situation as I need to be able to share large deliverables to clients with my OneDrive service.  How do I get this behavior to go away and simply allow a download like a cloud storage solution should allow?

    Cause : When you try to download a file/folder from a zipped folder in OneDrive, the server will try to unzip the parent folder before extracting the file you want to download and result in an error. This is currently not supported with OneDrive.

    Workarround: Download the whole parent zipped file

    And now you have your file

    To avoid this issue, if you want to upload large files in OneDrive, compress them individually before uploading them.

    I thank you for the information, but this question wasn't about downloading contents from a ZIP.

    It is about OneDrive replacing files within the ZIP upon upload.

    Hi Chase,

    @Jason, thanks for your sharing.

    Can you share your .ZIP file via OneDrive now? Do you still need any support? Please share with me your updates when you are free.

    Thanks,

    Neo

    Honestly, I don't know why it is doing that. If you unzip the file and link to them individually, do they donwload OK?

    Is it only when they are in a zip that this happens?

    How many files are inside the zip?
