Re-download Visio Pro 2016

My previous tower crashed. I had Visio Pro 2016 installed on it. I have a new tower and the original 64-bit product key.  How can I download Visio Pro 2016 for my new tower.

    Hi Dan,

    You can use this alternative to download Visio; if Visio was previously installed and activated, you should have a digital license. All you would need to do is sign in with your Microsoft Account.

    Go to https://tb.rg-adguard.net/public.php

    Choose the following options in the screenshot below then download the image.

    Right click the image

    Click Open with

    Click File Explorer

    Start setup and complete the installation.

    Launch Visio then sign in with your Microsoft Account.

    Well, that installed Visio, but now I'm told the product key is invalid.  Worked on the old system.  Apparently the product key was stolen, or whatever by the seller, who is not out of business.  Learned a hard lesson today.

    Anyway, thanks for all the help.

    I did not buy Visio as part of my Office subscription (and a different email address).  Doesn't matter, because Microsoft could not find my product key.
