Office 365 Report How Many Emails User Send and Receives Both External & Internal Emails Daily.

Hello All

I have been asked by a user, is there a way to report, how many emails he receives and sends on a daily basis.

He wants the report to show daily internal and external emails sent and received.

I am not even sure this is possible for an Office 365 mailbox, hence my question.

Does anyone know, if this is possible and if it is how, could i achieve end users requirements?

Thank you in advance

Jitesh

    Hello Jitesh

Go to the Office 365 admin center > Reports

Depending on your Office 365 subscription, here are the available reports.

    Hi Jitla7,

As DayamiPerez said Depend on your office 365 subscription the report activity is available. If you are the global admin of your organization, you can see the email activities in your organization:

    1. Please use the admin account to sign into the Exchange Admin Center > Report.
    2. In the Usage window, you can click the email activity.
    3. Please scroll down the web page, on the bottom, you would see the single user how many emails he sent or received in the past day ( 7days, 30 days etc.). This action does not need to filter, when you click the email activity, it would show up like this:

For more information about this, please refer to Office 365 Reports in the Admin Center - Email activity

If you have any other concern about this feature, please feel free to contact us.

    Regards,

    Oliver

    Hi DayamiPerez

I have followed the information you provided.

Looked in the reports section, but i cannot see an option to filter Email Activity for a Single user.

Is there a way, to get information for just 1 user?
