Cannot Export word file to PDF format?

Hello,

Recently i used office 365 on my ipad. there is no problem at all to export my word file into a PDF document.

But today, i try to export word file into PDF format as usual. but it cannot do that. the strange part is, i am able to share word file to pdf document via email. any explanation or help please ?

    • Are you using the most updated Word app for your device?
    • Does the issue only occur with a certain Word document?
    • When you're trying to export a Word file to PDF format, are you getting any error message? If so, kindly post it in here.

    I am having the exact identical problem. I have begun to do the work on my iPad, then when I need to convert to PDF I go to my desktop to export a PDF version. This is a recent problem from the last two or three weeks. This is the error message I get when I try to export a PDF:

    I have an Ipad pro 10.5” running latest IOS 12 update. My Word app is also the latest version. the problem occurs suddenly. two days earlier it running good no problem. it happens for all of my word document. i think it is a bug or something to do with microsoft online conversion service.
