How can I install Microsoft Publisher?

I am an IBM employee with Microsoft 365. I read that you get Publisher for free if you have 365, but I can't seem to find a link to do it. Please advise. Thanks

    try to login to your office 365 (through browser) with your IBM account and password while connected to your IBM network

    The Office 365 should come with publisher app.

    are you sure that it doesn't installed already?
