    Hello Kamarulkz

How do I unfreeze my account?

If your OneDrive is frozen because you stopped using it, sign in to the OneDrive website and follow the on-screen instructions to unfreeze it.

    https://support.office.com/en-us/article/what-d...

If you’re over your storage limit, you have two options to bring your account back into good standing:

Choose Get 1 TB (1000 GB) of OneDrive storage with Office 365 and buy an Office 365 subscription. Read about pricing of OneDrive storage plans by country/region.

Choose Unfreeze your account to temporarily access your files. You'll have 30 days to remove enough files to be within your storage limit. Your files will be read-only, but you can download or delete files to get back under your storage limit. If you don't remove enough files within 30 days, your account will be frozen once more and you won't be able to unfreeze it again. If your account is frozen again, and you have questions, sign in to the OneDrive website.

Your OneDrive account will be frozen if you don’t use your account for over a year, or if you exceed your OneDrive storage limit for more than three months.

To unfreeze the account, Login to Onedrive - https://onedrive.live.com

Follow the on-screen directions to unfreeze the account

If you’re over your storage limit, you have two options to bring your account back into good standing:

    a. Choose Get 1 TB (1024 GB) of OneDrive storage with Office 365 and buy an Office 365 subscription - https://onedrive.live.com/about/en-US/plans/

When unfreezing your account, most accounts are restored within 24 hours.
