I'm a Windows 7 user and I'm using Microsoft Office 2016 Professional Plus. This version of Office program is a bit older. So I want to update it to latest build. But there is no option to update in Account tab. It shows only About (program name) option;  as you can see in screenshot below. Product is activated.

    Update with windows update.

    Close all open programs.

    Click on start> control panel.

Choose system and security, you have to visualize the control panel by category.

    Click on windows update.

In the left panel, click on change settings.

In important updates, click Install updates automatically and, in microsoft update, check the box to provide updates for other Microsoft products when you update windows to get Office updates.

Note. If you see the message in the yellow bar, some of these options are managed by the system administrator. You can not use the list for important updates or set the dates and times.

Click on other options and remember that the computer has to be on at the time you select to install the new updates.

    Hello PulkitY!

    I am an independent consultant.

If the update options do not appear and the About button is the only option available, as shown in your capture about powerpoint, this means that you have a volume license installation or that your company uses a group policy to manage the office updates. Use microsoft update or contact the technical support department of your company.
