Add Visio to Office 365 Home

I have a subscription to Office 365 Home.  I need to add Visio.  I signed up for a trial Visio account, but that created a new 365 Business account.

  1. is there a way to link my two accounts so I only have a single "onedrive"?
  2. Alternatively, can I change my Home account to a Business account and add Visio to that?
  3. Is there another solution?
  4. Can you install a desktop version of Visio or is it only available online?

Note:  I use Office on three platforms: Mac OSx (Mojave 10.14.3, Windows 10 and iOS (iPad). I want to install the desktop version on my Mac, but also want to be able to view/edit on the iPad.

Thanks

Jake

    Hi JacobBraun,

I'm Jason, a fellow Microsoft customer and expert user here to help.

    For your questions:

    1. Unfortunately, Microsoft accounts can't be merged.
    2. How to switch to a business account:

    https://support.office.com/en-us/article/switch...

    1. You can install or subscribe to Visio, and it creates a separate business account for you:

    https://products.office.com/en-us/visio/microso...

One is online only, the other plan includes the desktop version

    1. You can purchase Visio stand alone:
