I emailed a PDF of a paper and my teacher emailed me back with comments on the PDF. I see the comment bubbles, but not the comments. How do I view the comments?

You may need to contact the teacher to determine how the comments were added.  Did the teacher open the PDF in Word and then add comments, or were the comments added using PDF utility?

If you are mailing a document to someone for them to comment on it, it would be best to email it as a Word document, rather than as a PDF.
