I downloaded Microsoft office from them and it's not compatible with my MAC.  There is no one at the number and no one is responding to my emails

Hi there,

It has a high rating on Trust Pilot but unfortunately that doesn't always guarantee trust these days. You may have purchased a Windows copy of Office and that is why you are having issues. From a company like that it is very unlikely you will be able to get a refund.

I would always recommend buying direct from Microsoft at https://products.office.com/en-gb or a trusted retailer. Consider an Office 365 subscription if you don't want to pay full cost.

Kind Regards,

Ryan

The company is a scam. They sent me a product code that does not work.

They are located outside the US and phone numbers they provide to contact them are non working.

I wasted 50.00 and hours of my time trying to get my purchase to activate.

I need to clarify that I am not using Apple products and ordered Office 2019 Professional Plus for Windows. The activation code worked, although I would suggest walking through their How-to step-by-step page as it's not very obvious where and when to use the activation code. They are sort of grey market, not black, as they do not hack software and sell illegal versions. I guess they acquire surplus accounts from bulk purchases and sell them to the public. They are in this business since at least 2016, that's when I bought my first Office from them. I would recommend using them first, since they do refund for non-working activation keys and have a support team that responds to emails. The cancelation of the HUP and annual subscription for Office 365 is a rip-off and, while some suckers who do pay the full MS prices would tell you otherwise, only suckers buy from Microsoft without shopping around first. Or, better yet, get Libre Office or Open Office. They are free!

No, they are totally legit and I used them twice. There's no need to waste money buying directly from MS, especially now when they started aggressively pushing Office 365 and virtually cancelled the Home Use Program (aka HUP).

The products SOFTWAREPROWORLRD are selling is licensed and fully supported by MS Support. Enjoy!
