Our end point antivirus is saying this is malware \AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive\ File 19.043.0304.0007

this is what it is showing

I would like to know if this is. also, this is part of it too

Welcome to this forum.

First of all, OneDrive is not a kind of malware. 

I noticed that you want to delete the file within OneDrive. I uninstalled OneDrive and I noticed that one file still on there and I can't delete it. It is FileSyncShell64.dll. 

FileSyncShell64.dll is part of Microsoft OneDrive and developed by Microsoft Corporation. It may cause some unknown error if we delete that file.
