Please teach me about Exchange Online SMTP relay limits.

I am assuming the following scenario.

1. Multiple  employees send e-mail to all employees (3000 people) from multifunction machine at once.

2. Multiple employees send e-mail from distribution machine to distribution group simultaneously.

※Distribution group includes external users.

I looked the next URL.

I'm concerned that other restrictions prevent me from sending emails from multifunction devices.

So,,, Please teach me..... about all Exchange Online SMTP relay limits....

Features of Office 365 SMTP relay

Office 365 SMTP relay does not require the use of a licensed Office 365 mailbox to send emails.

Office 365 SMTP relay has higher sending limits than SMTP client submission; senders are not bound by the 30 messages per minute or 10,000 recipients per day limits.

Hi there,

SMTP relay- Reasonable limits are imposed. The service can't be used to send spam or bulk mail. Sent mail can be disrupted if your IP addresses are blocked by a spam list.

About SMTP client submission- 10,000 recipients per day. 30 messages per minute. Requires authentication-Office 365 user name and password required.

For your scenario you can try Option 3: Configure a connector to send mail using Office 365 SMTP relay any other option will not fit for you.
