Microsoft Word 2019 will not print in color on my HP Envy 5400

Microsoft Word 2019 will not print in color on my HP Envy 5400. I've reinstalled the drivers several times from the HP website. I've made sure that the  "print background colors and images" box is checked.  They print command does not give me the option to pick "color".

My other computer that's running Word 2013 prints color without a problem. Both computers are running the current version of Windows 10.
