I am currently paying subscription in ZAR as I used to live in South Africa. I have now moved to Australia and changed my billing method to an Australian AUD credit card. How do I change my account so that it is now billed to me in AUD? Currently on Exchange Online (Plan 1)

    Hi Jennifer

I understand but I don't need to change my PAYMENT method. That is easy for me to do. I do have the correct payment method/credit card listed.

However, I need to change the currency that I am BILLED by - I am being billed/charged/invoiced in ZAR (South African Rands), but because I have moved countries (now living in Australia), I NEED TO BE BILLED IN AUD (Australian Dollars).

I have changed the credit card already to pay in AUD. Please see if you can help me.

    Regards, Cecil

    Hi CeeEff2264,

Thanks for getting back to me. Could you please check if you can add a new credit card to your subscription and change the new one as your payment method?

If you can successfully add the new credit card and set it as your payment method, then you can remove the old one from your subscription.

Just a kindly reminder, to doing so, you may need to pay some additional fees to the bank.

Feel free to contact us if you have any further concerns.

    Best regards,

    Jennifer

It only allows me to change billing method and/or credit card.

I am now living in Australia and need to be charged in Australian dollars (and NOT anymore in South African Rands)
