Office 365 installing process stuck at 51%

Office 365 installing process stuck at 51%. trying to install it from last week. I have the subscription but not able to install it. Kindly resolve the issue.

    Dear Waqas,

    As per your instructions i have tried to download it from the wifi and now it is installed and i am using it. May be there is some ristriction on the LAN network...

    To troubleshot for installing Office 365 on window 10, we would like to share with you Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365. It can help you automatically diagnose and fix a range of Outlook problems. You will need to download the application to your local computer, sign in with your work or school account and select the issue you want help with.

    To download and install the tool, click the following link: Download Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365. Once installed, the application will start automatically.

    For more information about the tool, see Automatically diagnose and fix Outlook issues.

    As you mention some other employees also having a same issue, we suggest if possible could you please change internet connection like hotspot and see the outcomes.

    1. Where did you download Office?

    I am installing it from the Office portal, the url is given below,

    https://www.office.com/?auth=2&home=1

    1. Which version is your Office version, 64 or 32 bit?

    32bit

    1. Check if you have installed Office on your computer via control panel.

    No office installed

    1. want to confirm if you install Office via Office 365 Portal.

    Yes, i am installing it from office 365 portal. Earlier it was installed but now not only me there are some other employees as well they are not able to install it.
