    If the photo is in-line with text, you can simply use Cut and Paste to move it to a new location.  If it has been inserted with some other Layout Option, you can click on it and drag it to the required location.  Be aware that moving photos around in that manner can quite often result in corruption of the document, so best to save a copy of the file before relocating the photo and then save it with a different name after doing so,  Then close and re-open the renamed document to make sure that the relocation has not caused a problem.

    But it will be Behind Text! Square or Tight would be a more suitable wrap for a photo, but, even if it is In Line with Text, it can be dragged and dropped.

    Hi window1398

    Right click that picture and choose Wrap Text - Behind Text

    That will give you the maximum freedom to move that picture . . .

    Hi,

    are you asking about inserting file into Word Document or about moving file within Word Document?

    First task may be solved by copy and paste, the second - by drag and drop picture or cut and paste.

    Please correct me if I misunderstood you.
