Delete an ACCOUNT from my OneNote app

I am using Office 2016 for Windows on my Windows 10 Surface Laptop.

In the OneNote app, under settings, under account, I show TWO accounts.   

There is only a choice to "Add" an account.

I wish to delete an account.  How do I delete an account in the OneNote app?

    Dear Ann

    I am an independent advisor, and I am trying to help other users in Community with my experience in Microsoft products.

    Please go to Accounts > connected services > and remove services that you do not want to use. In this way you will remove OneDrive accounts where the Notebooks are, so you will remove the accounts.
